We had a wonderful Christmas at this secluded riverside resort. The river view villa was our favorite, with its privacy and peacefulness. The room was spacious, with a huge bathroom featuring a big tub and separate shower. The buffet breakfast was satisfying, and the large pool provided a great place to relax. The staff was friendly and provided a warm welcome. The location was ideal, with beautiful views of the river and misty scenery in the morning. it was a romantic and perfect place for a couple that loves nature.

Finding the resort was a bit tricky as our GPS gave us the wrong directions and there were no signs leading to the resort on the small road. the resort lacked certain amenities like a spa and the hot spring baths were under repair.

The hotel is situated right on the river, providing a scenic and tranquil environment. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the opportunity to relax by the water. Additionally, the staff were helpful and attentive, ensuring that our needs were met during our stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was also noteworthy, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. the location, attentive staff, and cleanliness were the best aspects of our experience.

Amazing views of the river and surroundings from the balcony. The staff could not have been more helpful with our requests, and the pool with beautiful surroundings was spectacular. , the hotel was near to many hot springs and waterfalls which made the location very convenient.

The choice and variety of food wasn't great, and some items on the menu were not available. The hotel could benefit from some minor upgrades in the room, like new bedding and a more comfortable bed.

They were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist us with any inquiries or requests. The room amenities were comfortable and convenient, especially the air conditioning and sitting area. The terrace and patio added an extra touch of luxury and provided a great spot to enjoy the stunning views. we had a fantastic experience here and would highly recommend this place to others.
